Does Stunned read as 'You can move, but not make an Attempt'; or 'You can't do anything Period'.
If latter, would a Confused Status make sense, as in 'Can move, can't Attempt'; and redefining Stunned to 'Can't do anything'?
Would remove the need to add both Stunned and Entangled to something like a thief's blackjack skill, it'd just be Stunned.
A use case, say f.ex. A Dragonbreath skill. "Conflagrate - Anyone within the blast radius receives the Confused status on a failed Agility or Resolve flip." You can still move, but you're not about to focus on throwing a spell when you're burning. You'll be dashing directly to nearest cover.
