Hello friends and fellow companions, One problem I have as a GM is that is is incredibly difficult to plan a campaing that was expansive enough and detailed enough to stand a chance of succeding. Especially when I was starting this was a problem. A great aid for new and experienced GMs alike is the 5x5 method, found here and expanded upon here. You can also use it to design specific adventures, for which I propose you look here. I hope this is of use to someone

Mike Shea has a really great book called The Lazy DM, and although it's D&D-focused, it has some really great general tips for creating and leading tabletop campaigns. The rest of his site (Sly Flourish) is really great too.
