I wonder, how have you printed the Demo, and what is your experience with the method you'd chosen?
I've printed the cards on photo paper. I've glued the Resolution Deck together, and it feels as heavy and stiff as any ordinary deck of cards. i didn't glue the Settings Cards onto anything, and they bends under their own weight, even the Player Card, which I've printed on ordinary paper feel stiffer than the Setting Cards.

I printed the cards on cardstock. The setting and support cards came out great but I wish the resolution deck images were centered. I wanted to print on both sides of the cardstock so that I wouldn't have to fold the cards over, but the cards are offset too much when you print on both sides.

I've found that household printers just aren't reliable enough to print things as they appear on screen, making it difficult to get double sided cards to 'line up'. If you fold along the dotted line (don't worry about aligning the corners of the sheet) then you will always get perfectly aligned cards. It helps to score along the line first, especially when using a thick cardstock.
If you haven't had the chance to read through the Papercraft Instructions I posted with the Demo Files, I recommend doing so now as I describe this and other methods for getting good results.

Oh, didn't see that last time I checked. So, I've read it now. Didn't do me any good though. It just told me to do what I've done all the time already. No wonder, really, seeing that I've been printing and glueing tuckboxes for several years already. Don't use too heavy paper when printing the Resolution Deck, Wizard. Anything above 250 g/m.sq. becomes too heavy both to cut and fold, and to shuffle.

There was supposed to be a how-to sent on this. Did it happen or did I misunderstand?
